    As a Team Member, you spread energy and excitement about our food and understand the importance of making customers feel welcomed and loved. With the support of other Team Members, there is no task that you can't handle.

    You're the reason why ordinary customers are transformed into Schnitzaholics and the reason that Schnitzaholics return repeatedly. It's no easy task, but you're up for the challenge.

    As a Team Member your primary role is to nurture our Schnitzaholics from the first moment they visit to their last few steps out the door. You're hospitable by nature and are excited by the idea of changing stations within the store. 

    One day you'll be the first person a customer sees, the next day you might be preparing or cooking the meal they're going to love. You'll perform other duties as well, you could be assisting other Team Members with preparation or maintaining our restaurant's visual standards.

    What we need from you:
    · Exceptional communication skills that give you the ability to work well individually and with your team.
    · The ability to perform effectively in a kitchen environment where wait times are paramount.

    Assistant Store Manager

    As a Schnitz Assistant Store Manager, it's your sole responsibility to provide exceptional mentoring to your team. You're inspiring by nature and great at developing and leading a fun and dynamic team into success.

    You lead by example and are a role model to your team by setting the standards and behaviours consistent with Schnitz values and beliefs. You develop a culture of teamwork, employees who strive to provide our loyal Schnitz-a-holics with the experience they deserve.

    You build the stores sales, constantly monitoring and maintaining budgets. P&L statements and cost controls (food, wastage and labour) are paramount to your stores success. You will perform the required administrative duties on time, and ensure that your work environment complies with all safety requirements.

    What we need from you:

    Have at least 1 - 2 years of experience leading a team

    Be able to work effectively with others in a great team

    Able to deliver exceptional customer service because you're a natural people person

    Have the ability to work productively and succeed in a fast paced environment

    A proven ability to improve operational efficiencies within the business

    Be passionate about the brand and its core values and mission

    You excel at providing a memorable customer experience. You're dedicated to mentoring your team and providing them with the skills required to lead them into success. You've got what it takes to manage and maintain your stores ongoing financial KPIs and deliverables.

    A great customer experience starts with you. You'll oversee the training and development of your team through regular performance evaluations and through building meaningful relationships with your staff.

    What we need from you:

    • 2 - 3 years of management experience.
    • The ability to work effectively with others with the end goal of leading an incredible team.
    • A passion for delivering exceptional experiences for both our customers and employees.
    • Work productively and thrive in a fast paced environment.
    • Proven experience managing KPIs and delivering great results.
    • A proven ability to maintain operational efficiencies within the business.
